Adam Tess

District Conservation Technician

Adam joined us in the fall of 2024, after working for 3 field seasons in regenerative agriculture research for the Ecdysis Foundation in Brookings, SD. Originally from Sun Prairie, Wisconsin Adam graduated from the University of Wisconsin Stevens Point with a B.S. in Wildlife Ecology in 2022. He has been working in the field of regenerative agriculture since 2016 and involved in agriculture since he was 10 years old. Outside of work, Adam likes to spend time outdoors: hunting, fishing, bikepacking and rock climbing.
