Neva joined the High Desert Conservation District in 2021 and manages the district's soil health program, as well as outreach and education efforts focused on land stewardship. She brings over 20 years of experience in riparian protection, resource conservation planning, and project management. Her background supports the District’s mission to deliver effective conservation programs and technical assistance for landowners and partners.
